About the event
We are Doctors of Physical Therapy and coaches who specialize in helping athletes of all ages stay healthy and playing. Dr. Sebastian is a soccer expert and he will be at Silverbacks Park to share tips and tricks for feeling good and staying in the game!
It is complimntary for Silverbacks players but you must register for the date you plan to attend. The limit is 10 athletes each workshop!
We will be in the Home Locker Room. Be prepared to move around, either as a cool down from your early game or a warm up if you have a later game.
