Physiotherapy

Decrease pain and get back to what you love!

Physiotherapy visits are one hour, one-on-one with your Physical Therapist.  You can expect to move around quite a bit, so dress comfortably.  The goal is to identify dysfunction and create a plan of care to get you back to living a pain-free life.

 The initial evaluation includes range of motion and strength testing, movement screens, physical therapy diagnosis, rehab programming and education, as well as any manual treatments.

Common issues that we help you address:

  • Pain or dysfunction with lifting and running

  • Return to fitness postpartum

  • Low Back Pain

  • Neck Pain & Stiffness

  • Shoulder pain & Impingement

  • Hip pain & Sciatica

  • Knee pain & Tendinitis

  • Golfer's/Tennis Elbow

  • Heel Pain, Plantar Fasciitis
