About the event
We are Doctors of Physical Therapy and coaches who understand what it takes for athletes of all ages to stay on top of their game and healthy for life. Dr. Sebastian is a soccer expert who is bringing his knowledge to Silverbacks Park with some tips and tricks for avoiding the pesky quad, hamstrings, and back injuries AND to increasing your speed and agility.
The workshop is complimentary but you must sign up (HERE)! We will be in the locker room. Be prepared to move your body, either as a nice cool down from your game or a warm up if you are playing later!
