Are you frustrated with trying to stay healthy all season & knowing how to prep in off-season?

You LOVE your sport and will do whatever it takes to improve and be competitive

But you're not sure you're doing all of the best things to reach this goal.  Your school supports you with practice and training but what about nutrition?  Or rehab to come back from a prolonged injury?

Does this sound like something you’ve dealt with?

  • Dealing with nagging injuries or pain that always start to pop up after half the season is past

  • Committing to making changes in training to work on weaknesses, only to feel depleted and exhausted at practice

  • Searching online for strength and conditioning workouts to give you an edge over the opponent, but never really feeling confident you're on the right track

If you’re anything like our other student athletes, being able to perform at a high level is very important to you, but

  • You’re not sure where to start in off-season with strength & conditioning

  • Your time is limited to add other "to-dos"

  • Programs that are assigned to the whole team don't fit YOUR specific needs

We get it. We were both student athletes, even into college. We understand the pressure that comes with a team atmosphere to perform and the desire to do everything possible to get better.

We are physical therapists and strength coaches who help student athletes continue to perform at a high level and feel good while doing it.  We do this by making custom rehab, prehab, strength and conditioning plans based on your body's needs, sport goals, and sport season.

Ask Matt, he was sidelined for 4 months due to a recurrent hamstring strain.  He was having to skip practice, perform modified workouts with the trainers but could never get over the hump of returning to full play.  We were able to work with him to not only decrease his pain but also get back to the field within 6 weeks to prepare for season.

We want you to know this can be you

You can

  • Feel confident that the hard work you are putting in is what your body needs

  • Stay in the game and feel great while continuing to improve

  • Learn principles of keeping your body healthy as an athlete to take you forward as you play at the next level.

Does that sound like something you want?  We are here to help you do just that.
