No cookie cutter approaches here – this program is specifically catered to your needs to help you improve at your sport

Complement your training with visits to your Doctor of Physical Therapy for in person son sessions to address little aches and pains before they become bigger issues

PROGRAMMING ONLY

  • Customized workouts delivered weekly via Google drive

  • 2-3 session/week targeted at your goals, available equipment and time

  • Unlimited communication with Dr. Sebastian

  • Different levels of commitment:

    • 3 months- $220/month​

    • 6 months- $200/month

    • 12 months- $180/month

  • Any in-person visits needed in that time will be $215

 

PROGRAMMING + PHYSIO

  • Customized workouts delivered weekly via Google drive

  • 2-3 session/week targeted at your goals, available equipment and time

  • Unlimited communication with Dr. Sebastian

  • In-person visits once each month to address any aches or pains, reviewing form, body work

  • Different levels of commitment:

    • 3 months + 1 visit/month- $395/month​

    • 6 months + 1 visit/month- $375/month

    • 12 months + 1 visit/month- $355/month
