Frequently asked questions
In order to best serve you with the hands-on work, movement coaching and attention that you need, we have chosen not to participate with any insurance companies. Insurance dictates so much we are able to do and really keeps our hands tied for holistic health care. Without these restraints, we are able to seamlessly move from rehab to strength training to movement coaching.

We are able to provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance.
This is highly dependent on your needs, the plan we make going forward from the evaluation and your goals. There are different programs available for varying lengths of time and frequency of visits. If you have further questions, do not hesitate to give us a call (678) 974-8594 or email info@SpectrumPerformance.fit to schedule time to chat.

As of January 1, 2022, the No Surprises Act requires all healthcare providers to provide "Good Faith Estimates" for the costs of your care. To continue with our transparency, we are now also required to provide a document to you that estimates your total cost of care based on the evaluation and expected treatment. You will receive this upon scheduling and/or as requested. This GFE does not include unexpected costs that could arise during treatment but you will always be updated on these changes as they arise.
Physical therapy visits will include an evaluation where we watch you perform movement tasks and then check range of motion and strength. We will perform basic exercises, so please wear active wear.

Spectrum Wellness visits will include a movement screen of general functional tasks and sport specific movements. Please wear active wear.
