Performance Physical Therapy Clinic in Atlanta, GA
Do You Want to Stay Active for Years to Come?
Performance PT and dry needling for barbell, endurance, and sport athletes. We build the plan around your goals, not against them.

Find the Program That Keeps You Training
Whether you lift, run, or play, there's a program built for how you train.
Built by Athletes, for Active People Who Won’t Quit
At Spectrum Performance, every session is one-on-one with a clinician who is also a certified coach. No hand-offs, no generic exercise sheets. Providers who understand progressive loading and speak the language of your sport, because they have been there too.
One-on-One, Every Session
Sixty-minute sessions, one-on-one with your physical therapist. No techs, no aides, no shared appointments.
Coach and Clinician in One
Both providers hold DPT, OCS, and CSCS credentials, plus coaching backgrounds in weightlifting, CrossFit, and endurance sport.

Manual Therapy That Keeps You Moving
Dry needling, joint mobilization, and soft tissue work calm pain and muscle tension so progressive loading can do the rest. You stay in the sport instead of sitting out to recover.
Performance PT, Strength, and Women's Health
One team, one philosophy, three ways to keep you active at every stage of athletic life.

Frequently Asked Questions
Get answers on cash-based PT, session structure, and what makes Spectrum different from the PTs you've tried before.
Do I Need a Referral to Get Started?
No referral required. Georgia is a direct access state for physical therapy, which means you can come directly to us without visiting a physician first. Book a free discovery call to talk through what you are dealing with, and we will confirm we are the right fit before your initial evaluation.
Do You Accept Insurance?
We are a cash-based practice and do not bill insurance directly. We accept full payment or installments, and FSA/HSA payments are welcome. We can provide a superbill you can submit for possible reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits. Your plan is structured around your goals, not what insurance will approve.
Will I Have to Stop Training?
No. Our approach is built around keeping you active. We program around what you can still do and build load progressively so you stay in the gym, on the road, or on the field while we address the root cause. The goal is never to bench you. It is to build you back up while you keep doing what you love.
How Is This Different from PT I Have Already Tried?
Every session is 60 minutes, one-on-one with your physical therapist. No techs, no hand-offs, no shared appointments. Our providers are certified coaches as well as clinicians. They understand progressive loading, speak the language of your sport, and build plans around your training schedule. If previous PT has not worked, it is likely because it did not account for who you are or what you are trying to do.
Is Telehealth Available?
Yes. Telehealth physical therapy sessions are available for Georgia residents via computer or smartphone. Remote coaching is also available to individuals in any state. If you are not local to Avondale Estates but still want to work with our team, reach out to discuss which option fits your situation.
