MEET DR. JACKIE
Dr. Jackie is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Orthopedic Specialist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, USA Weightlifting Level 1 coach and Level 2 CrossFit coach.
She sees that active people need guidance to recover from injury, perform and feel their best with the support of medical providers. Rather than saying "never" she likes to say "you can."

Dr. Jackie is a top notch problem solver and just an absolute expert in mobility and how the body is connected... Each time she has prescribed a mobility/strength based protocol that has addressed the problem and I've been able to return quickly each time. I started to see Dr Jackie when I was in my second trimester for severe pubic symphysis disorder and SI joint pain. Throughout my pregnancy Dr Jackie helped give me the tools not only to find comfort for these pains but to continue to stay active doing my 3-4 x a week hiit/cardio/kettlebell workouts, which was very important to me. Now that I have delivered I continue to see Dr Jackie for pelvic floor PT. Having her in my corner during and after pregnancy has been invaluable for me.
