Rehab-informed guidance to gain strength and decrease pain

Rehab-informed programming offers personalized programming based on your rehab needs, aches and pains, athletic and personal goals, as well as equipment available to you.

First, you are evaluated by a Doctor of Physical Therapy.  Then your DPT and personal trainer work together to create the best plan for you. 

Sessions are 60 minutes in length, 1-3x/weekly.  The price varies based on length of plan.
